If you are in the Northern Hemisphere like I am, guess what: it’s finally Spring! OMG what a freaking winter, right? In Montreal we had more snow storms then I can remember in years. And some cold temperatures like you would not believe. HURRAY for SPRING!
So to celebrate, I have some lovely and light recipes for you to try. And most recipes are made with the first crops, like asparagus, zucchinis, and fiddleheads. Plus I have a few recipes made with the first flowers of the season too, like lilac and violets.
