   I would say you hunted for escargots and made an ice-cream with nitrogen out of them.

   by the way, I wanted to answer the question you asked about my bracelet cookies; they are very hard and crunchy! can easily be worn at a party for a whole evening! Then you can eat one when you feel like it or are bored.

   Science! Yay! I’m guessing you put on your molecular gastronomy hats and did some freaky stuff with liquid nitrogen, but I can’t guess what it might be. Looking forward to the big reveal, it looks like fun was had.

   I have no idea what you’re making there…. When I visited Montreal last summer I had some poutine, but I’m pretty sure that’s not what you’re making 😉
