I’m so excited to be hosting this month’s edition of Food ‘n Flix! This month I’m challenging you to watch Bridesmaids, and then head into the kitchen to make a dish inspired by the film. This is a hilarious movie about the competition between the maid of honor and a bridesmaid, over who is the bride’s best friend, threatens to upend the life of an out-of-work pastry chef.
So I picked this film in the first place because I figured the roundup would be published in early June which is Wedding month! Little did I know when I asked to host this movie that I would eventually be asked to be a maid of honor for one of my best friend’s wedding this September. Good news: there are no bridesmaid for me to fight with, I am the only one standing by the bride lol.
Anybody with a blog is welcome to join us so I hope many of you will decide to join me for this fun event. How can one refuse an invitation to dinner and a movie?
