Pistachio Coconut cake
Ingredients
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 1/2 cup pistacio meal
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Pistachio Syrup
- 1 cup self-raising flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until homogeneous.
- Pour into pan and bake for 40 minutes. Cool before serving.
