I tried a new product for lunch and I was dazzled. Its a President’s Choice product, bought at Provigo on special for $1.99. If you like quick lunch or dinner ideas then try the Chunk Light Tuna in Curry Coconut Cream Sauce
I thought it was going to be spreadable on bread but it was not. I opened the can and found nice chunks of tuna with a lot of sauce, pineapple and big red chili peppers. Its not gourmet in taste but for a quick fix it is delicious. Its just lightly spicy so anyone can eat it. It would be great on a salad or served hot with a bowl of basmati rice.
IÂ am a fan of President’s Choice products and again they did not disappoint. Quite a nice little find in my opinion…go ahead try it and let me know!
