2-INGREDIENT DATE PASTE

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound 454 gr Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add the Medjool dates and the water to a food processor with an "S" blade. Start processing until you get a very smooth paste, scraping down the sides. If the paste is a bit dry, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time.
  • Spoon the date paste into an airtight container. The paste will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks. Can be frozen.
