Pistachio Syrup

self-raising flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease and line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until homogeneous.
Pour into pan and bake for 40 minutes. Cool before serving.
