5.28oz150 gr Medjool dates, pitted (or 1/3 of the date paste recipe above)
1/4tspground cinnamon
Instructions
In a bowl, cover the Medjool dates with very hot water for 15 min, and drain.
Make sure your butter is at room temperature. Add the Medjool dates, butter, and cinnamon to a food processor with an "S" blade. Start to slowly process, scraping down the sides, until the Medjool dates are well and evenly chopped into the butter.
Spoon the date butter into an airtight container and keep in the fridge. Can be frozen.
