Ingredients

450gr fresh shrimp, cleaned

large onions sliced

corn oil

turmeric

of ground fennel seeds

garlic cloves crushed

cumin

curry leaves
or kaffir leaves

tomato paste

tablespoon
grated ginger
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry onion in oil until brown.
Add all remaining ingredients except the shrimps. Cook on low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add shrimp and a little water, mix well. Turn heat to low and cook for 12-15 minutes, stir frequently.
Serve immediately with rice and/or vegetables
